New York State Standards of Practice Home Inspection

A standard home inspection performed by Cornerstone Inspection Group is conducted in accordance with the New York State Standards of Practice (19 NYCRR Part 197).

This inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of the accessible components of a residential property at the time of the inspection.

The purpose is to identify material defects that may affect the value, safety, or function of the home.
